You can see the rate before the first invoice. WhatsApp’s own charges are a separate bill from Meta. We do not hide them inside an unlimited plan.

Cap ₹1,199 per clinic per month. A free period and a one-time setup fee can be set for the clinic. Setup is often waived.

WhatsApp (Meta) rates

Meta bills the clinic’s WhatsApp Business account. Planning examples, not our price: utility about ₹0.115, marketing about ₹0.8631. Meta can change them.

Billable on our side means an outbound template WhatsApp accepted: confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, aftercare, and campaigns. Simulated sends, failed sends, test sends, and ordinary inbox replies are not billed by us.
